Our staff are: Ambitious. Motivated. Outgoing. Reliable. Efficient. “Amore” in Italian means love, and this name was chosen because our staff love what they do; it is a simple five letter word that encompasses our vision and feelings towards the service industry as a whole. The name Amore was chosen for many reasons. Firstly, because it sounds just like her last name, Moray. Secondly, she wanted an acronym with a significant meaning behind it. Lastly, our carefully selected team is extremely passionate about what they do (most of the team within our company does promotional and staffing work full-time.) We love to serve our clients and guests by delivering a service derived from a passion for what we do and what I personally as CEO have been doing for over a decade. Most of our staff have anywhere from 5 years to 20 years of experience as promo models, promo specialists, brand ambassadors, and food service staffing.

Amore Staffing Solutions is a promotional modeling, talent, specialist and staffing team of quality individuals in New York State with highly competitive rates. Amore Staffing was founded in late 2023 after one year and half of educational research on how to embark on this journey successfully and intelligently. We pride ourselves in maintaining a high level of professionalism, reliability and commitment to our clients and their customers while providing all of the necessary tools to help our educators meet the expectations for a successful partnership with our clients. We treat the janitor the same way that we would treat the CEO, customer or owner. Meet the Founder and CEO

Melinda Marie Moray

Melinda has always been very passionate about staying on top of the upcoming trends, policies and procedures of the food and liquor industry. While always traveling the world due to flexibility in this field of work, she was able to experience these things first hand in over 20 countries that she has traveled to since she first obtained her working papers at the age of 16. Melinda has always been eager to learn more; she would work seven days a week, work day in and day out hoping to be the best that she could possibly be in the only industry that she has ever known. Many would joke and call her a “hustler who never stops hustling.” Despite many years of sacrifices away from her family and friends during nights, weekends and holidays, Melinda always knew that the top was where she wanted to be! She rose from a food server, to bartender, to caterer, to assisting in opening up franchise and corporate locations of fast food chains like TGI Fridays and Olive Gardens at the age of 19. Then, to promotional specialist and model at the age of 20, to managing small mom and pop Italian restaurants, to becoming part owner of an Italian American Restaurant /Night Club in her home town of Yonkers, NY at the age of 23. Wanting to venture off on her own, she became a Floor Manager, then Assistant General Manager, of an extremely well-known, high-end, vibe dining restaurant called STK Steakhouse at the age of 24. Finally, leaving restaurants completely after 11 years in 2021 due to a traumatic instance that occurred. She decided in this time of uncertainty to start a small business (non-related to hospitality) and also work as a full-time Brand Ambassador. Now, in late 2023, she was able to act on her dream, starting her own staffing company. Melinda stated that will continue to work many of the promo events for as long as she can!
